Is the calendar really live?
Yes. Every channel writes to one calendar, so a night shown free is free — you can book and pay the deposit straight away.
How much is the deposit?
30% of the total. The balance is charged automatically about a week before arrival.
Can we bring a pet?
At the villa, ask us — we say yes more often than not. The apartments are pet-free.
When can we arrive?
Check-in from XX:00, check-out by XX:00. Early or late is usually fine — tell us and we’ll try.
What if we have to cancel?
Free until [date]; after that, refunds are tiered by how close to arrival you cancel. The exact figure is shown before you confirm anything. The terms →
Do you take the whole house for a family?
In Osijek, yes — Opus I and II are one house, two floors. Book both and it’s yours.
