Belmont Haven is a small, owner-run collection in two very different Croatias: Villa Skrisia, a private-pool house above the village of Cesarica under the Velebit ridge, and Opus I and II, two design apartments sharing one quiet house in the old town of Osijek.
Booking here means the nightly rate without a marketplace’s cut, a calendar that is the single source of truth across every channel, and answers from someone who actually knows the house — down to which konoba to book and where the good swimming is.

The real price
The same home, without the 12–18% a platform adds on top. Nights, cleaning and tourist tax are shown in full before you pay — nothing appears later.

Answers from people who know the house
Arrival times, the nearest beach, whether the pool is warm in May — ask before you book and a person who has stood in that kitchen answers within the day.

A standard we keep ourselves
These are our own homes, not a managed portfolio. Each is furnished to the same standard, cleaned by the same people, and only added to the collection when it is ready.
Booking, simply
The calendar you see is the real one.
Every channel we list on writes to one calendar, so a night shown free is free. Pick your dates, pay the deposit, and the house is yours — no waiting for a reply, no double bookings.

Choose free nights
Two-night minimum, more in high season. The full price — nights, cleaning, tourist tax — appears before you go any further.

Pay the deposit
30%, through Stripe’s secure checkout — card or SEPA. We never see your card.

The rest, a week before
The balance is charged automatically about seven days before arrival, and the arrival guide follows — address, door code, parking, and a short list of places we’d book that first evening.

If plans change
Free cancellation until [date]; after that, refunds are tiered by how close to arrival you cancel. The exact figure is always shown before you confirm. The full terms →
